Thank you for your patience through the survey process. I think we got it all fixed it you are having issues submitting your survey. I talked with Pledgebox, and I think it is all taken care of now. Please go and check and see, if there is a problem, please let me know.

Update on progress....
The artists are sending back their signatures on various stretch goals. I am still waiting on the challenge coins, and the book is almost finished. We are still on time for fulfillment at this time.

I would like to apologize for any of the survey issues. I have gotten a lot of message about the additional shipping fees. I do not want to charge you more. If you get your survey in, I can adjust it and credit the money that it is trying to charge you. I have adjusted the ones that I can see. If you complete your survey and it tells you to pay for additional shipping, please DO NOT pay it. you can shoot me a message and I will adjust it and then you can compete and submit the survey. If you have already don't your survey and it is asking for shipping fees, please know that I have adjusted them, and you can submit your survey now.
Also there have been issues with shipping addresses and the survey saying that the country is not valid. I have multiple inquiries to Pledgebox for this and I am waiting on a response. With it being 4th of July Holiday weekend, I won't hear back from them until Tues at the earliest. I am so sorry for the inconvenience, and I feel bad that it is making problems for this part of the process.
Thank you all for your patience and understanding. This was a new platform I wanted to try, and I will not be using them again. I will probably go back to Bacekrkit.

SQUEE! Good News the survey is in the smoke test phase. There were some issues with additional shipping fees. If that comes up, please let me know and I will adjust it for you. You have already paid for shipping, and I don't want you to pay more.
There are about 23 surveys that have been sent out, the more percentage. These are coming from PLEDGEBOX. It works the same way as backer kit, and we are going to give it a try. Let me know your thoughts on it, and that way I know if you prefer this one or Bacekrkit.
I have the stretch goals coming in...trading cards are in route for Monday, which means I will be able to get artist signatures soon. I have poker chips, temporary glitter tattoos, mini prints, postcards, Naughty faeries money, photos, stickers and cross promotions in hand. The challenge coins are still in production. I am still working on the book, and still on track from completion and shipping.
Once I know that the surveys are not a problem, I will be sending those out to you. Please fill them out ASAP, so it does not delay printing process.

Here is some info for the surveys that might help.
What if I don't see the email yet?
Check your spam folder. If you use Gmail, sometimes your invite will go to your "Promotions" tab. If you still can't find it, search your inbox for "PledgeBox"
If that doesn't work:
1. Click - https://survey.pledgebox.com/retrieve/100986/nfsa5
2. Click "Request New Invite"
3. Enter your email address (the one you pledged with)
4. Wait at least 10 minutes - then go to your email, open the invite, and click the giant button to confirm all your goodies
There's something wrong with my pledge!
That's not impossible. If you notice something is awry, you can send us a message directly to [email protected] and we'll look at it for you.
What if I need to change my address?
As long as your items have not been locked, you can always change your address. Just simply log back in to https://survey.pledgebox.com/user/login and make the appropriate change. However, if you change your country, additional shipping costs may apply.
Apple ID Backers:
Backers who have pledged to the campaign using their AppleID but haven't completely set up their Apple Pay account (linking their email address to their Apple Wallet) will have issues receiving their emails from PledgeBox. Those backers have a @privaterelay.appleid.com email address and will need to reach out to the creator team to update their email address.

Naughty Ones,
Just a quick note to let you know what's happening behind the scenes. I am still working on NFSA5 Book...it is on track and looking awesome! All stretch goals have been ordered and are starting to arrive. The Challenge Coin had some issues when it went to production, however, we have made some slight adjustments and we are back on track.
Kerry Anne and Morgan have their Kiss cards and photos in route for kisses and signatures.
Later this week, I will be picking up the bookmarks for Stef and Kerry to sign. They are going to have a busy weekend!
Trading cards will be here next week to send those out for signatures from Lorenzo Sperlonga, Becky Fuller, Nei Ruffino, David Harrigan. CB Zane has postcards coming his way.
We had to make an adjustment on the Rising Tides cross over postcard. Since the printer no longer did the magical foil, it will not have that, but you will be getting an additional bonus item as a gift, since we could not get the original plan executed. Thank you for your flexibility. I want my backers happy!
As the book progresses I will keep you posted! I am also working on the survey and trying out Pledgebox! Fingers crossed it works awesome.
